The beach was very clean and well kept. The hotel offered a large variety of food at the open buffet. The staff are polite and cute and i especially appreciated the continuous care and hospitality from Ms. Hadeel from guest relations team.

Jacqueline provided Really good hospitality and support. I am grateful. Entertainment was plentiful for all ages, both in the evening and during the day. I found the food to be great. The beach was lovely and very close to the hotel.
I found that some of the cocktails contained quite a lot of alcohol.

The food was acceptable. The staff were helpful.
My room had issues with cleanliness. I noticed a lot of dust throughout the room and the corridors were not clean. The hotel seems past its prime, also, the coffee machines looked dirty.
